Policies

My services are based on these policies. Please read

• Services for pets up to 15kg

• Arrival time:  allow 30 min ETA from time of appointment. 

• Parking (clearance of 2.5mt), electricity and water outlets must be available.

• Cancellation: free until 24 hours before service.

• Less than 24 hours cancellation notice will incure 100% cancellation fee.

• To rebook, cancellation fees must have been paid.

• Fees for small dematting (ears, tail) applies.

• If pet is matted overall, no special cut will be performed.  Short cut applies. Compassion before vanity.

• Fees for difficult behaviour applies.

• 'No fleas' policy.  If fleas are present, fee applies for flea rinse and disinfection of salon.

• No anal glands expressed.  This is a vet's job.

• Pictures will be taken during grooming and might be used on Social Media.

• Automated messages won't be replied.  To reply or communicate please call or text 0466455685.

• Payments can be done by cash, transfer or card (1.9% surcharge).

• Payments must be done before or when the service is provided.
